The only way to get access to your phone is by performing a factory reset operation. Turn off the phone and charge it properly and then press Volume UP + Home + Power all together until the recovery menu appears. Select Wipe Data/Factory Reset and reboot the phone. Once the phone is rebooted, start the initial setup and reconfigure your phone.
This is the only operation available in cases like this one.
