SPB files are actually saved contacts from an Android phone. To open the file, first install Kies through the application's page at Software Informer and then connect the phone. Once the phone is installed and detected, click the Contacts button then select Contacts from file type and browse to your SPB file. You can then perform sync operations for your phone regarding the contacts contained in the SPB file.
