To install indicators, download and save the MQ4/EX4 files in C:\Program Files\MetaTrader 4\experts\indicators. Close the MetaTrader if it's opened then restart it. On the left side search for Navigators. Browse to Common tab and look for Custom Indicators. Locate the saved indicator and drag it to your charts and that's it.
