Pubstar won't open.

Question

I can not get Pubstar to open. I was working on it one day and then the next day no matter what I did it would not open. I sent an email to support and their response was to uninstall and reinstall. Unfortunately that causes me to lose all of my book that were in Pubstar at the time. Having no other recourse I uninstalled and reinstalled Pubstar and nothing. The program will just not open.

Any ideas? Suggestions? Fixes? I'm several weeks behind in my work because the email response from support took forever to receive.

It looks like this is a registry problem. Try to use CCleaner to uninstall all the obsolete registry keys, then uninstall the product, restart the computer and run CCLeaner again and install your application.

I did everything you said, step-by-step and after installing the application still nothing happens.

Any more suggestions? :)
