PDF24 Assistant is set-up to open each time you attempt to print a file and unfortunately, this option can't be disabled. The only thing you can do is to configure VB6 to print jobs in order and then issue a quit trigger to close the assistant then repeat the procedure. There is no way to suppress it or to hide its activity when printing because it will be launched every time a file is going to be printed.
