Problem regarding Air Card Watcher

I have suddenly developed a problem with Air Card Watcher. The service was previously working perfectly all over Australia. The card showed that it "cannot support the use of this device" and I should "check settings or firewall". I now get disconnected regularly (around 3 minutes) from the Internet. I have checked and rechecked but I cannot find anything different on my PC? Is there something that I can do?

If you recently installed an antivirus software solution on your computer, this can be the reason why your device isn't recognized and the program is telling you to check the firewall. If this is the case, open your antivirus and add the Card Watcher to the allowed list. If this isn't your case, you can try to go to Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features > select the Air Card Watcher and hit Repair.
