Health Master Pro transfers data to a new phone.

Question

I had an HTC Wildfire S and have had it for the last 2 years. Have been using Health Master Pro and was quite happy with it. I now have new phone (Samsung Galaxy S4 mini) and can't seem to find out how to transfer data from one to the other. I can find it on the SD card but can't find the 'backup' or 'restore' option.

Go to File manager and access Android folder. You will see a bunch of folders starting with com.NAME. Identify com.healthworks.android.healthmaster.b and copy the folder on the new phone but install the application on the new phone then overwrite the data with the above folder's contents.
