Floating servers work in a very unusual way. To migrate the licenses and the software, first backup all the available licenses. The files could be in REG or DLL file format or any other format used by the developer. After the licenses are removed, start the application that depends on the floating license server and deauthorize it. After this process, install the floating server application on another computer. Connect it to LAN or the Internet, add the license files, start the application, and authorize it back.
