I'm now using TOB Accounting System v5.013, and after I do year end processing for 2012, I'm now in the data of year 2013, but my data in year 2012 is missing, and I didn't backup all. How can I look back for the data accounts year 2012?
The only way to access the previous data is by looking in the installation folder or where you keep your databases. If I am right, the application should keep a copy of the database that can be used even if you've changed the year. Go to the database area and open the browser where the files are stored. If there is no file available for this process, recovery is not possible. However, you could try using Recuva as a recovery solution for your files. Install Recuva, then specify where the database is stored and choose OTHER for file type. You can restore all the items that have a green mark next to their file name.
