Try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. After this process, check your network connections and reset the modem if you have one. It might not be a problem with the software, but with the network's configuration options. Re-installing the software will also wipe all the custom settings within the application. Unfortunately, this is the only way to overcome this issue.
