Please help me if you can.

I was recently disconnected from Karaoke Prelude room as budda. I would like to know the reason cause the last person I was in contact with was Melvin. He wanted to connect remotely to help me fix some of my files. I then responded no, not right now. I would look at them later because I had to go. When I came home and logged back in I was completely thrown off. Can you help me with this issue?

You should take advantage of the support system if they offered you the possibility to fix the issues. Alternatively, you shouldn't allow anyone to remotely connect to your computer, even if they say they're company official employees. If you trust them, you can allow this but I would think twice about it. On the other hand, support is the only solution to fix this issue, so you might have to use their help.
