I cannot update.

I cannot update. I receive a "File or directory not found" message. What can I do?

If you can't update the product using the 4D Embroidery System Update utility, you can update it using the Smart Update feature. Also, you can navigate to the official web page, click the link below 4D Software Updates section and follow the on-screen instructions. If you purchased the software after April 1, 2006, you will be entitled to a free upgrade.
