Converting an audio Marathi language file to text. Is it possible and how?

A CCTV along with audio receiver has been connected. A recorded voice and image is copied on the external hard disc. Only a voice in Marathi language is recorded on the external hard disc that needs to be converted to text file. Needs a software for conversion.

There is an application called ExpressScribe that helps you to transcribe recordings. Unfortunately, there is no software to automate this process. You will need to manually transcribe the audio file with the help of the application. Access the website and download the application and then load the audio file. For best results, it's recommended using a foot pedal to control the file's playback.
