First, make sure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements to run Big Buck Hunter game:
- OS: Windows Xp, Vista, 7, 8;
- Ram: 512 MB;
- Video Memory: 32 MB;
- CPU: Intel Pentium 4 @ 1.4 GHz;
- Hard Disk Space: 700 MB Free.
If the requirements are fulfilled, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Disk Drives list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. After that, reboot your computer, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and try to install the game.
If it doesn't work and you're using Windows XP or below, use the package provided by Microsoft to update Windows Installer. If you're using Windows Vista or above, update it through Windows Update service. Also, try to update your video card drivers.
