Is the cnslmain.exe a virus, malware, etc. like several websites tell me?

Several websites that I have checked on states that the CNSLMAIN file is a virus, malware, & trojan. I hope this is incorrect, however I have already deleted the file from one of my laptops.

cnslmain.exe is a file created by Canon Inc. and is a safe program. It can usually be found in the following directory: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\ folder. However, some spyware software may use allied names, so we suggest you should check the hard drive location of the file.
