How to hard reset Xtouch X709 tablet as pressing of Volume down/up button + Power button combination does not work? The device is locked and can be unlocked by using Google accoun, but the wifi is off and I don't know how to turn it on. This device is without SIM card as it does not has a phone call function. There is no port/place for any kind of SIM. If somebody knows how to unlock it, please tell me.

You should look for a reset pin hole on the margins of the tablet. If there is none, you will have to take the tablet to customer service or visit a local phone shop because a 3rd party box needs to be used to access the tablet's operating system. The hardware buttons won't work because there is no recovery to enter to. Unfortunately, this is the only way for this tablet model.
