With every purchase of a mobile phone, you will receive additional documents and resources that will be used to connect the phone to PC. Beside documents, you will also receive a CD which contains all the necessary file sand software to connect the phone to your PC. Insert the CD into CD/DVD-Rom and install all the required driver. Next time you will connect your phone to the PC, the computer will install the necessary drivers. Then you will be able to manage its content.
Notice that sometimes, the company who manufactured the phone, won't issue you a CD and you'll have to look on their official website to downloads.
