Mac Informer client stores the downloaded updates into the following folder: ~/Library/Application Support/MacInformer/updates. Before you can actually access this folder, open the client and then locate an application that needs updating. Download and install the update, then you can browse to the path specified above. You can move or do whatever you want with the downloaded packages. You can use Finder > Go to go to the Library folder.
