You can't upgrade this phone to the Android 4.1 because there was no plan to release a firmware. The official specs list the phone as being compatible only with Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread. There is no plan for a 4.1 Android release. However, you can still apply latest security fixes using Settings > About phone > Software Update. Make sure that you are connected to the WiFi before attempting to update.
