Can't start games on Galaxy S3.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 and every time I try too download games, it doesn't let me, and when I succeed I can't start the games because it takes me to the home screen.

It's possible that the operating system of the phone is corrupted, therefore any application you want to start will return to "desktop". My advice is to factory reset the phone. You will lose all the installed application, but at least the functionality will restore. To do this, go to Settings > Privacy and tap on the Reset phone button. The phone will restart and then the operating system will be restored to its initial condition.
