I want to unlock my files.

I have already locked one file, now I am unable to enter Folder Lock but it is showing a pop-up to restart or re-install it and I needed that folder back safely. Can you help?

If you have a folder locking software and you proceed to re-install it you will lose all your locked filed if you don't unlock them. The problem is that every lock application assigns a custom ID to the locked folder and if you re-install it, that ID is not recognized by the new installation. First unlock, then re-install.
