How can I download a driver?

I need a driver for Ethernet Controller and it's for another computer that cannot connect to the Internet so the question is - how can I download it with my laptop and then copy it to a CD to install it?

You need to transfer AIDA64 with the help of a USB drive to the "offline" computer and identify the ethernet controller. Then you can use the computer with the Internet connection to download the required driver. If the ethernet controller is embedded into the motherboard, you can look for the model name of the motherboard to download the necessary drivers.
