Change the EVDO from BTS to another BTS.

I want to change the card ECBCE FOR EVDO to another BTS as the same version. Is it possible? If yes, can you give me the commands?

You can change the BTS to another one using CDMA Workshop. You can download it through the official website, however, use the documentation available within the software to learn how to do it. Keep note, that you also needs the correct signal frequency for other BTS that you want to assign the card to.
