When I'm trying to burn the music tracks to CD, my software shows "Burning to disc", but when the process is complete, the CD is empty. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, I suggest you change the burning utility. You can use Windows Media Player or any other application from Software Informer database. In order to burn your music tracks with Windows Media Player, launch the software, click the Switch to Library button and then the Burn tab. Click the Burn options button (enter image description here), select Audio CD from the list and enter a blank CD in the CD/DVD drive. Drag and drop your music files in the Drag items here field and press the Start burn option. If you have issues, check the instructions provided by Microsoft.
