How to convert RAW (CR2) to JPG or GIF?

I have Canon GS 11 and took underwater photos in RAW (CR2 format). I want to view them on my Windows PC/laptop and email in JPG or GIF format.

Well, copy the files to your computer and convert them to popular formats, such as JPEG or PNG with the help of a specialized tool, such as ReaConverter or Online image converter to JPEG.
