BCStel provides users an installation guide in PDF format. You can use that guide to get to know the software and how the calls are handled. Download the file and opened. Once it opened, press CTRL + F and you will see all the places where the calls are used. You have the possibility to diagnose and obtain additional information about call errors, call hang-ups and everything related to this operation.
