How to get a new version of the MMX 310G 3G device's software?

I am using the MMX 310G 3G BSNL device for almost 2 years. Recently it's working slow and when I connect it to laptop it will not pop to connect to Internet. To do this, I need to double click on the icon, but the most important thing is that the device will disconnect automatically every 20 minutes. What can I do to solve this? Is there an update available?

Unfortunately, according to the official website of the manufacturer, your device is no longer supported. Due to this, the program that your device is using will not receive any updates. What's more, there aren't any that you can download.
