Why do I keep getting a message that the driver was not successfully installed when I try to install Voice Editing version 1.0 on my laptop?

Why do I keep getting a message that the driver was not successfully installed when I try to install Voice Editing version 1.0 on my laptop? I had no problems installing it on my PC.

It's possible that the laptop is using a version of the operating system different than the other on the PC. In this case, you should obtain a version of the application compatible with the OS version of the laptop. Alternatively, if you're using a OS higher than Vista, select Run as Administrator.
