Where did this download to?

Tried to download Minisee from this site and now I cannot find it on my computer. It also tacked on some Tube Dimmer that I did not want, and which is now running in the background of my computer, yet I cannot locate the file and cannot delete it. Is this a scam?

The download is saved on the Downloads folder inside My Documents folder. The default installation path is: C:\Program Files\ScopeTek\minisee. You can find the application in those locations.
