Unfortunately, the application doesn't have any option to recover the password and I suggest you contact the developers to see if there is something to do. Navigate to the official web page, click the Contact Us button and fill up the provided fields. If they can't help you, I suggest you remove the software (Control Panel > Uninstall a program), run a registry cleaner to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys that may contain your account information and reinstall the program. In this way, you will reset the software to factory default and you will be able to create a new password.
