You can't use a CDMA SIM card in a USB modem working with GSM technology. GSM and CDMA are two different technologies and the SIM cards are different in terms of "working" even if they pretty much look the same. Nothing should happen if you insert the CDMA SIM card into the USB Modem. In the worst possible case, it will show you as NO SIM Detected. You need to obtain a new SIM card to use the USB modem and its software to connect to the Internet.
