I have a Nokia C5-00 which I cannot connect to my PC having Windows 8. I would like to install Nokia PC Internet Access.
It's possible that you have the wrong version of the PC Suite application. There are two versions of the Nokia PC Suite: one for the older phones and one for the newer phones. My advice is to uninstall the current version of the software to replace it with the newer one. Access the official website and download the new suite application.
