Had to change from Droid Razr to Samsung Stellar.

I had to change phones. My last phone is completely dead and will not come on at all. I'm trying to transfer my information from my old phone to the new one through my vault account. It's asking me to pay 19.99 all over again, how do I get past this?

Yes, the application continues to ask for money, however, transferring content from one phone to another is impossible since the old phone is dead. Since you cannot change the battery, I would like to recommend to send it to a phone service to try to revive to a working condition. If it's something hardware related, the content will be there then you'll be able to transfer it normally. On a side note, you might want to use another application from this category.
