If this error occurs often, I suggest you perform a hard reset of your device. First, turn your Touchmate tab off and then press the Power button. When the Touchmate logo appears, press and hold the volume up button and then press and release the volume down option 5 times. When the Android symbol with the exclamation mark appears press simultaneously the volume up and power buttons to enter in the recovery menu, and select wipe data/ factory reset. Follow the on-screen instructions and restart the device after the process is complete. If you still have issues, you can use use support@touchmate.net
