How to download Skype on my Nokia X2?

If your device doesn't have the application pre-installed, you can open Google Play, search for the Skype application, and tap Install. You can also visit the Google Play official website from your PC, login with the account you're currently using on the device and press Install. By doing this, the Skype application will be installed on the device as soon as you connect to the Internet.

You can't install Skype on Nokia X2 because its OS is not supported. In fact, Skype developers have completely retired the application for Nokia Symbian phones. You can check this statement on the official Skype page: https://support.skype.com/en/category/SKYPE_FOR_SYMBIAN/
