We have misplaced our key for Carpet Estimator.

Unfortunately, we have lost the key for our Carpet Estimator program and a new member of staff wants to use it on the laptop it is installed on. Can you help?

If you've misplaced your key, then the next procedure should involve contacting the Tech Support. I recommend accessing the following link to get in touch with Tech Support. I am no developer of the application and the only ones who have the power to generate a new key or access your payment/purchase details are the developers. As I can see on the official website, the only way is through the phone.
