We have bought Xante SpeedSetter VM4 with the Symphony 2.0 software. However, we seem to have lost the key to use it. Is there any possibility to receive a duplicate of the key?

The developers of this application are named XANTE. You will have to get in touch with a local dealer or from the one you've already bought the application. Knowing how these things work, they will disable the old serial number and re-issue another one based on your purchase.
