The software is working just fine. I've downloaded a trial version and it works correctly. The problem with the iTube Player is that it isn't supported anymore. The new software is called iTube Studio and it's available for purchasing. Use the trial version of the software and then decide if you want to buy it or not. There is no support for iTube Player.
