The software is working fine but how can I search for another GPS device in a car?

GPS tracking is working properly but I can't search for another device in a vehicles in my globe tracker. What steps do I have to follow in order to find the location of the vehicle?

Before you can search for a device using the Family 360 software, you first need to add the device in your circle and allow from it the search feature. If you don't do this, there is no way to search for another device. Also, to search for another device, after you set it up to your account, you need to log in to the official website and use the search feature from there. This should solve your problem.
