I can't reinstall the MagicJack application because my mail address isn't accepted.

I already have an account. I had to reinstall my MagicJack but it said that my e-mail address was not registered. What can I do?

In order to reinstall this application on your device, if your account is not accepted, try to log in with another Google account and install the application. You can also connect with your e-mail account to the following website and try to install the application from there.

To fix this problem, you can clear the cache of your Google Play application. To do that, open the Menu of your device and go to Settings > Application > All and search for Google Play. Tap on it and select Clear Data and Clear Cache. After you did this, try again to connect using your e-mail.
