I've just set up a monitor, it works normally. I've downloaded and installed I-Menu, but when I open it, it seems to be flawed. It has empty little squares boxes instead of English letters. What can I do?
In order to fix the problem, remove the software from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and run Glary Utilities to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system. After that, access the official web page, scroll down to Drivers / Manuals » IMenu section and download the version of the program specially designed for your monitor model. This should fix the issue. If not, try contacting AOC.
