Reverse the process of encrypting my SD card.

I thought it would be a great idea to encrypt my external SD card that is in my cell phone. Until I realized that because of the encryption, I am now forced to have a high security lock code on my home lock screen. I dig the extra security for times when I could be vulnerable to have my phone stolen or lost. But I don't want to enter a passcode every time I want to check a text message or e-mail. Especially when I'm doing nothing but sitting on my couch at home. Is there a way to overcome this issue?

If you want to reverse the process of encrypting the SD card, I strongly suggest that you use the same program that you used in the first place. This is advised because you will avoid many errors or problems along the way. Also, by using the same program, you will not be prompt to delete all the data from the card. You can't unlock your card in any other way because you need to use the same algorithm for decryption that you used for the encryption process.
