You can try deleting the registry after you uninstalled the program. To do this, you first need to go to Start, type regedit in the search bar and press enter. A new window will open and you need to go to File -> Export, type any name you want and save the backup anywhere you want (this is just in case something goes wrong). After this, go to Edit -> Find and search for Memory Manager, right click on the item found and delete. Then press F3 (to go to the next item) and repeat the deleting part. After you deleted all the entries, try reinstalling the program.
