Lost my disk for PowerCinema NE for Everio.

I do not have the disk or the product key. I have the software on my old computer, but I want to load the software on my new computer. I can't find a way to contact JVC or Cyberlink to even ask the question. What are my options besides keeping my old computer until the camcorder dies?

related to an answer for: I have lost my software CD with PowerCinema NE for Everio. How can I get it back if I have the key?
