There isn't a special guide to bring this camera online. Just connect a LAN cable to the camera. The LAN cable can be coming from a router and it's usually recommended to be in a LAN to access the webcam easily. Plug the cable into the camera, then an IP address will be assigned. The camera will have its own IP.
If you don't have a router, the IP address of your connection will be the camera's IP address. You can point your browser to its IP and watch the streaming.
If you use a router, you need to forward the external IP to the local IP. You can check the manual of the camera for more information.
