Feven is an add-on which installs itself into browsers installed in the computer. It delivers annoying ads and pop-ups which user may find them annoying and abusive. If you have the setup package, you should upload it to VirusTotal for a complete scanning against most known and used antivirus applications then device if it's worth installing or not.

If you want to make sure you are not infected with any trojans I would recommend using another software besides your antivirus. Sometimes your antivirus database may be outdated or even compromised. There is a freeware that removes malicious threats like trojans, worms, adware, malware, etc. called Trojan Remover.
