Checkpoint VPN reconnect issue.

I tried to connect with a customer via Checkpoint VPN, but it tried to reconnect after it had connected for about 40-50 seconds. I use Windows 7. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

The connection might drop because of a few causes:

  1. The Internet connection isn't active on your computer or on the target's computer. You will need to contact him through telephone to see exactly where is the problem.

  2. The software crashed and it needs a new launch. The other users needs to do this on his computer.

  3. The software was blocked by the installed Firewall or local policy settings.

You need to check all these causes to see exactly where is the problem.
