You will save money for paper and besides the data can also be extracted from the PDF files. To use a virtual printer to print PDF, install CutePDF Writer. I have used it for many years and it has served the purpose of getting data from various applications without Save support.
Note: Make sure you have the Internet connectivity during the installation process, because the installation package requires the download of additional components.
