GRX1 GPS error on heights and positions when doing post processing with Spectrum Survey.

There's an error with heights and position for GRX1 GPS. The GPS is OK. What could be the problem?

I have used extensive ways and searching filters to get the solution for this error, but there is nowhere specified about heights and position for GRX1. The only thing I can recommend you is the usage of a user guide. Access Google and download the available User Guides available in the PDF format. There should be explained the exact configuration for the operation you need.
