SAI Production Suite won't rip or print files.

I'm running PhotoPRINT DX Mutoh USA Edition 10.5.1. I just started having a problem yesterday where the production manager won't rip any new files I add to it. After setting rip preferences and click rip I get a message saying the program has stopped running and then it force closes.

I can print the files that were already in the program since Friday but I cannot add and rip any new files. This is a new problem, only started yesterday. Can I have some assistance with this please?
